How to send payment?


1)We accept Alipay, West Union, TT. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor ESCROW. 2)Payment must be made within 3 days of order. 3)We have special rules that if product price higher than $100, we only accpet $100 one time. Like $980 order, we need payment like 8 times $100 and 1 time $80.




What's the Warranty?


1)All of the items will have test before ship to you,carried with fully at least 12 months warranty. 2)During warranty period, if any problem happens due to quality reason, please be cooperative to take photos or videos on the problem and send to us for verifying. 3)For confirmed product faulty on your approval, we can send you replacement parts free of charge.

What's the sample Shippment


1)Orders processed timely after the payment verification,usual it cost 24 hours for us to get the pay. 2)Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address, we need your right phone NO. to make sure the items you will reach. 3)We will ship by DHL or FedEx TNT,sometime you chose DHL we may by FedEx TNT,some time you chose FedEx TNT, we may by DHL,it depends on situation,pls confirm you can accept. 4)Once we ship out, we will tracking the items for you,and let you know the lastest news. Please Note 1.All goods ship by express need buyer pay import tax.
2.When goods arrive,the buyer need check if the package or machine is broken.If so,buyer shouldn’t sign the goods and complain the local express.Then buyer can tell us the broken situation within 24 hours,we will help buyer to solve this problem.If not,we bear no responsibility for damage caused by transport

How to refund


1. We support refund when it's quality problem caused by supplier. We won't refund if it's damaged by false usage. 2. We support refund when you don't need them if it's not sent yet. We won't refund after the product is under shippment or air transport or international express. We can refund wen we receive the return goods in good condition. 3. We can refund part if it's quality problem and customer solve by themself.
